Built on a rugged 2015 Freightliner MT45, Chi Pop’s is designed to deliver big flavor fast — crispy, juicy chicken made fresh, seasoned to perfection, and served with confidence. Every menu item is crafted to be crave-worthy, satisfying, and unforgettable.

Our Truck
THE MT 45 STEP VAN
Chi Pop’s operates out of a fully customized 2015 Freightliner MT45, engineered for high-volume service without compromising quality. Our state-of-the-art mobile kitchen allows us to deliver consistent flavor, speed, and professionalism at every event — from large festivals and corporate gatherings to private celebrations.
The truck is powered by a propane-based commercial kitchen and a quiet 10,000-watt generator, ensuring reliable, uninterrupted operation in any setting. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with four commercial fryers, a large flat-top grill, two food warmers, a bread toaster, and multiple large-capacity refrigeration and freezer units.
This advanced setup allows Chi Pop’s to operate efficiently under pressure and scale seamlessly for major events, making us fully capable of serving thousands of guests with speed, consistency, and fresh food — all while providing a smooth, stress-free experience for both guests and event organizers.
